The Lao Handicraft Association is a non-profit organization representing small entrepreneurs in the handicrafts sector. It falls under the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The LHA works in the areas of
training in business management
helps with marketing and promotion of handicrafts, locally and abroad
assists in developing new products and new markets
LHA membership includes in the following areas: silver smithing and jewelry, exotic wood products and furniture, papermaking, pottery, metal art, and rattan/bamboo home decor products and hand-woven silk.
